OUR MISSION
To assist women with their transition from incarceration back into the community. This effort will reduce prison recidivism, and improve public safety through addressing the educational, employment, healthcare, housing, and family relationship needs of Rise Reentry clients, by providing support and connection to needed services in the community.
This voluntary program will help change attitudes and beliefs about crime, address mental health issues and assist with parenting and coparenting issues.

We are formerly incarcerated women supporting other women!
Each Client is Special & Unique!
Reentry is an individualized process that is based on the current needs of each client. Some of the factors include amount of time served; the unique incarceration experiences; employment & housing needs; and family relationship issues. Release resources are vital to a successful release experience.

Meet Lisa M. Johnson and Felita S. Robinson!
After years of incarceration, they are working together to ensure women coming home from incarceration have resources for food, shelter, employment, legal representation and more! It is their ultimate goal to provide housing for those in need. Until then, they are pillars in the community researching resources and developing a network of others that are willing to support these returning women.
Each woman will RISE and receive help breaking every chain!!
